Which is better study with native speaker and English teacher

When we learn with native speaker we learn about mentality so speaking is very important and we can find it when we learn with native speaker, study with them we just speak no more grammar because the principle speak is just you understand what we say.but we do not know what we say is true or false but the native speaker know or understand what you say.

When we learn with English teacher we have many rules and if you say wrong the teachers know and try to make true. we learn many thing as grammar, writing, vocabulary so on. but the problem about it is when we know any thing about English but we never use it. What happen?

If we want to be good in English we must study with both because they are very important to help us and give us information. When we know grammar but we never use it this is not good similar we are good the pronunciation but we never try to speak with native speaker this is not good
 the conclusion this is English teacher is better than native speaker but we need them, many advantage and disadvantage about them.

1. we learn about grammar
2. we learn about writing
3. we learn vocabulary

disadvantage study with native speaker
1. we do not know about grammar
2. we can not know what we say is true or not
3. something we do not understand what they say

disadvantage study with English teacher
1. something the teacher do not understand vocabulary
2. something the pronunciation is wrong
3. we do not have mentality to speak with foreigner.
